About Our Gulf Shores Wedding Officinat Services
We offer to Officiate weddings and vow renewals on the beach or other locations in the area. Including Gulf Shores, Orange Beach, Fort Morgan, Foley, Perdido Key, and other local areas In Baldwin County.
Ed is an ordained, licensed professional Minister / Officiant and has been providing beach wedding services for over 20 years. We have done many hundreds of weddings over the years.
We can perform Christian or Non-Religious weddings and same sex beach weddings.
You will need a marriage license. See our marriage license section down below for more information on obtaining one.
The State of Alabama requires a Beach Wedding Permit if you are going to have your wedding at one of the state park locations. the cost is $150.
No Beach Wedding Permit is required for a wedding at a beach rental home or at a beach condo or other non-beach locations. Just make sure you have permission from the homeowner or condo first.
Wedding Photography
After your wedding Officiant service, if you add on the photography service we will photograph high-quality professional wedding photos. We have been providing beach wedding photography for over 20 years And many years before that for inland weddings. You won't find a better beach wedding photography on the coast. Many wedding Ministers or Officiants offer some photography but they are not real photographers and do not use professional camera equipment or know how to edit your photos in a high-quality way.
Ed was a pro photographer before becoming an Ordained wedding minister officiant. Ed uses only professional cameras and lens and off camera lighting when needed. Gulf Shores Wedding Officiant Marriage License Information
Alabama Marriage Certificate:
With the new law change in Alabama to get married in Alabama you now need to obtain a wedding Certificate.
Beginning August 29, 2019, persons wanting to marry in Alabama will no longer file an application for a marriage license with the county probate court, and the courts will no longer issue marriage licenses. Instead, the Alabama Marriage Certificate form should now be completed by the persons entering into marriage and delivered to the probate court for recording. You will have to pay a $73.00 filing fee to the state.

Notarize Your Wedding Certificate
Ed from Gulf Shores wedding officiant Will provide the Notary service for your beach wedding at no extra charge for any wedding package booked with us. This does not include the $73 filing fee you need to pay to the sate when sending in you're filed in and notarized certificate.
Ed will be your notary and wedding officiant.
